Inpatient Department

Our inpatient rehabilitation facility has been accredited to provide intensive rehabilitation services for its client in a home setting. Our clients can receive daily physiotherapy and occupational therapy, seven days a week.

Our patients are able to stay at our facility in a private room while receiving 24hour nursing care. During their stay they are able to eat their meal in our inhouse Dining facility or outdoors by the pool.

Care Plans

Our unique care plans allow the family and the caregivers to work collaboratley towards achieving the same goal for the patient. Discharge planning is smooth as we set up home visits and provide home care adaptions if necessary

Admissions

Our admissions are typically from your doctors, insurance companies case managers, hospital discharge planners, a patient”s family member or even outpatient care. Our matron and admission officer will begin the admission process immediately by collecting medical and financial information so a decision can be made quickly as possible. Our matron is able to help with the admission process to expedite the process.
